It’s been such a long time since we’ve seen this much availability for Emirates First Class to Italy!
For the past 3-4 months, we’ve been tracking Emirates’ fifth freedom route between New York and Milan on a daily basis. Until now, there has typically been only last-minute availability, with seats opening up just 3 days before departure.
However, when we checked this morning, we were pleasantly surprised to see that more dates have become available! While it’s not the highest number of dates Emirates has ever released at once, this new availability gives you the chance to plan a trip ahead of time based on flight options.
This route is operated by the A380, a double-decker aircraft featuring an onboard bar and shower. In addition, you can enjoy bottomless Dom Perignon and caviar, a decadent dine-on-demand menu, a Bvlgari amenity kit with a full-sized perfume, your own private suite, and so much more!
The retail price for this flight is a minimum of $10,000, making it excellent value for your points. It’s definitely a “sweet spot,” since flying Emirates First Class on points typically involves paying at least $1,200 out of pocket (yes, even for award tickets). However, this is one of the exceptions – it’s only $106 out of pocket each way instead of $1,200+!
We don’t expect availability to last long: if this deal is of interest to you, we recommend you book quickly.
As always, we’re also sharing some Milan hotel recommendations in case you’d like to book your stay through us and enjoy elite-like perks.

@themilescouple Award Booking Service Is Seoul on your bucket list? You can fly from Honolulu or Dallas nonstop to Seoul in American Airlines business class! This deal isn’t talked about often enough, but it’s a solid use of AA miles if you’re not able to find any JAL availability to Asia instead. Unfortunately, no major banks currently partner with AA (Though did you hear the news? Citi is set to add it in the future!) This means this deal is best for people with lots of AA miles sitting in…
